Our engineers have vast experience throughout the Induction industry, travelling worldwide and maintaining our customer’s confidence in our ability to respond whatever the issue. With the knowledge gained over many years, our engineers can advise on all aspects of the induction process, be it generator/workhead issues, cooling issues, line interfacing or project management.
We offer maintenance schemes designed to meet your needs and fit in with your schedule. We pride ourselves by our fast response and professional customer support.
Any customers returning equipment to us will receive a free of charge evaluation. We will provide you with a free report detailing any faults found. If required, we will then provide a corrective proposal and recommendations on preventive measures to avoid repeat failures.
Induction Coil Solutions is also an authorised Ambrell service partner. Therefore, if you have any requirements concerning TR, Phase, ISM, Easyheat, Ekoheat or VPA systems, then ICS should be your first call. Most of our staff are former Cheltenham Induction Heating Ltd employees, so if this was your supplier, call us and we'd be happy to step in.

Scheduled Preventative Maintenance
By scheduling routine periodic preventative maintenance visits, tailored to your requirements, we will maintain all of your induction heating equipment providing you with comprehensive maintenance records. Our team of fully equipped specialist engineers are able to service and diagnose potential issues before they arise reducing downtime and costs.
Calibration Service
Many of our customers require their induction heating equipment to be regularly calibrated, so as to continue to meet their production specifications. Our engineers are fully equipped to provide a full calibration service for all of your induction heating equipment.
Equipment Refurbishment
Induction Coil Solutions can assist with generator refurbishments, restoring older equipment to near new standards. All refurbished equipment is rigorously tested and warrantied.
Start-up/Commissioning Services
We offer a commissioning/re-commissioning service for new and used equipment. We can also assist with your interfacing to existing equipment and our experienced engineers can also help with setting up your production requirements.
Spare parts
At Induction Coil Solutions we stock a large inventory of spare parts, even for the older systems, reducing long lead times. All parts are sold fully tested with warranty. We can also assist with the sourcing of some of the more problematic spare parts, and we are also the only stockist for older Cheltenham Induction Heating and Ambrell parts. We carry a significant stock of these parts and can repair the electronics boards down to component level.

Corrective Maintenance
Should an issue arise with your induction heating equipment, we can provide a responsive service interaction, both on-site and off-site. Customer service engineer visits can be arranged, or the equipment returned to us for a free-of-charge evaluation.
We have a test facility fully equipped with diagnostic and test equipment allowing us to repair down to component level. This enables us to provide a fast and efficient turnaround for your equipment.
Remote Assistance
We appreciate that many customer issues can be solved remotely, via telephone or email. Our specialist engineers can support customers remotely with general enquiries and technical issues, reducing downtime.
Out of Hours
We understand that many of our customers operate 24/7. If your equipment does fail out of normal working hours, please call us on the main number and your call will be diverted to our on-call out-of-hours engineers.
Loan Equipment
At Induction Coil Solutions we try to maintain a stock level of Induction Systems and Water Coolers/Chillers for loan purposes. This may be for new application trials or to cover equipment downtime whilst your equipment is being repaired.
